The trip will take us for a scenic drive from Cape Town through the Swartland over passes, past large reservoirs and through a seasonal farmland with many opportunities to stop and shoot.

Greyton is surrounded by nature reserve and Stanford has a bird hide in the town as well as a bird sanctuary nearby. These towns are havens for nature lovers and birding enthusiasts.

After negotiating through the orchards of apple farms we find ourselves at the receding waters of Cape Towns main reservoir. This location always offers beautiful subjects for a fine art style.
